To establish which bulbs you require for your vehicle simply use our Bulb Finder (on the left of every page) or on our homepage.
If your vehicle is not listed then please contact us so we can aim to find this information for you.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is FREE on all orders to anywhere in the world.
Customers in the UK and USA can, if they wish, use our 'Express Shipping' service. The charge for this is £5 for UK Orders and £20 for USA orders. This service can be selected during the 'Checkout' process.

Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes, we ship worldwide.

How long will delivery take?
Customers using our free standard delivery service should expect to receive their orders within the following times:
UK: 1-5 business days
Europe: 2-7 business days
Rest of the world: up to 14 business daysCustomers using our premium delivery services, which are available to select whilst checking out (only for customers from the UK or US), should expect their orders within the following times:
UK: Next business day before 1pm
US: 2-4 business daysUS customers who upgrade to UPS.
You will receive your goods within 4 business days from dispatch. We always aim to dispatch the same or next business day from receipt of your order, but there may be occasions where an item is on backorder. Where this is the case, we will always aim to update the product page for the item you have ordered. Which parcel carrier do you use?
For the majority of parcels we use Royal Mail. For Express services we use Royal Mail special delivery and UPS.

How do I order?
Ordering with Power Bulbs is easy and there are two ways you can do so.
If you do not know which bulbs you require for your vehicle then you can use our Bulb Finder (left). Simply enter your vehicle details and we will show you which bulbs you require. You can then browse through the products we have available for you.
Alternatively, if you know which bulb you need, then you can browse our site using the categories (left) according to brand or fitment.
Once you have found the products you wish to purchase simply add them to your shopping basket and follow the quick and easy checkout. You will be directed to enter your personal details, address and be able to pay securely online.
That's it! You'll then receive a confirmation email detailing your order and estimated delivery times. If you have any queries once you have placed your order then you can contact our team who will be happy to assist you.

When will my order be dispatched?
We pride ourselves on offering the fastest possible service to our customers.
If you place your order before 2pm (Monday to Friday) then we will usually dispatch it the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.

I haven't received my order
We're sorry to hear this. Firstly, please ensure you have allowed the appropriate length of time for delivery of the products - they could still be on their way. You need to allow:
Free standard delivery
UK: 1 - 5 business days
Europe: 1 to 7 business days
Rest of the World: 2 to 14 business daysExpress delivery
UK: 1 business day
US: 3 business daysIf you have allowed this much time then please do the following:
Firstly check with your neighbours and anyone who may have taken the parcel in. Also check with your local mail sorting office who may be holding the parcel awaiting your collection.
If this still does not locate the parcel then please contact us with your full postal address so we can investigate.

I want to return my order
Under UK Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your contract with us within 7 days starting the day after delivery. If you wish to cancel your contract with us, or return your order, then you must inform us in writing (by email).
For technical and safety reasons we ask that all returns be in the same, unopened condition as they were sent in. When we dispatch your products we clearly label them to ask you to check your existing bulbs before opening your new products to ensure you have the correct fitment/product. If this is not the case then please contact us first.
If the products are in the same condition then please log in to 'My Account', locate the order you wish to return and request it to be authorised. We will then issue you with returns instructions.
Please note that any products returned to us are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure you receive proof of postage and also package the returns adequately in a strong box. 'Jiffy' bags are not suitable as the products will get damaged.
Any refunds will be actioned within 30 days of cancellation of the contract. Exchanges will be actioned the same working day upon receipt of the original goods.Please note that returns can only be accepted within 30 days of order being dispatched. Return requests made after this period of time will not be accepted. If your return request is accepted then you will need to return the products to us within 14 working days. Returns received after this time may not be accepted.

I have received the incorrect bulbs
We are sorry to hear this. Please follow the instructions below so we can resolve the problem for you.
Packing errors
If the item(s) you have received is not the same one you ordered then please contact us so we can resolve this for you.The bulbs I have ordered do not fit
If they are in the same condition as sent then we would be happy to deal a refund on these. Please log in to 'My Account', locate your order and follow the returns procedure. In the meantime please place a new order online for the correct products.

To our knowledge, no viruses are present on any Power Bulbs web servers, but in the unlikely event that a virus is present, we cannot be responsible for the effects. Use of this web site is at the users risk and discretion.
Power Bulbs will not send un-solicited email to any customers that use the web site without their prior consent. Nor will Power Bulbs sell any customer email addresses to a third party. By placing an order with Power Bulbs, you agree to the terms and conditions stated. Transactions are governed by British Law, and any dispute in transactions will be settled by British Law.

Free gift promotions
A minority of our customers have in the past abused our free gift promotions. Free gift promotions are offered as a gesture of goodwill but are expensive to fund, therefore it is essential we have rules in place to ensure these promotions remain affordable and that we continue to be able to offer them to our customers.Free gift promotions are offered on the basis of one free offer per customer per month. Therefore if a customer places multiple orders on the same day/week, only one offer may be claimed even if the offer is automatically added to the customers' order using our web site.
These terms do not affect Buy One Get One Free offers.
Multiple offers may be sent at our discretion. Please contact us if you have any queries regarding free offers.Any free gifts must be returned if you return your order (unless otherwise agreed). Failure to do this will result in you being charged the normal RRP for this product.
We retain to the right to cancel any order at any time. If payment has been made, we aim to deliver a full refund within 7 days. Stock ranges on this website may be changed or amended at any time, without prior notice. If you have paid for a product which we no longer stock, you will be given a full refund, which will be delivered within 7 days.
The application guide (Bulb Finder tool) provided is there as a guide to the correct bulb for your vehicle. However, we do not guarantee that it is 100% correct, and you should physically check the upgrade specification against your existing autobulbs or refer to your vehicle handbook.
If you wish to return a product, you must do so within 14 days of purchase. Shipping back to Power Bulbs is the responsibilty of the customer. The product must be in good condition and in its original packaging. The customer should ensure that the goods remain in a satisfactory condition to ensure they are acceptable should they need to be returned.
Xenon Gas Discharge Lamps should only be fitted by qualified persons - due to the voltages involved with this equipment. Packaging of products may vary to avoid damage in transit.
If you are claiming a refund you must first inform Power Bulbs. No refunds will be accepted without prior notification. A full refund can be claimed if you return the product within 14 days of purchase, and the refund will be made directly to your credit card within 4 weeks. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Any returns which do not require exchange may, at our discretion, be subject to a restocking fee of up to £3 to cover the postage of the products to you and the administration of your order and return. With all returns, to be entitled to a full refund, products must be in an 'as new' condition and all free gifts must also be returned unless otherwise agreed.Information supplied on our Bulb Finder is a guide and Power Bulbs will accept no liability for any mistakes or omissions detailed in this information. The Bulb Finder facility is also for exclusive use of Power Bulbs customers and must not be used via any other web sites.
